Thank you for choosing our crystal bracelet. Each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind. We are committed to providing high-quality service and a worry-free shopping experience.

1⃣ ❌ No unconditional returns

Since our crystal bracelets are custom-made, they cannot be resold once produced. Therefore, we do not accept unconditional returns or order cancellations.

Please confirm your wrist size before purchasing and read the product details carefully. We will remind you of this policy at multiple stages: on the product page, in the shopping cart, and during checkout.

2⃣ ✅ Returns & exchanges for quality issues

If you discover any of the following after receiving your order, we will gladly provide a free replacement and cover all related shipping costs:

• The cord is broken or comes undone
• You receive the wrong product

📌 Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos as proof. We will review your case and respond within 1–2 business days.

3⃣ 🔁 Exchanges for size issues

If your bracelet does not fit, you may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery. We can remake it in the correct size under these conditions:

• The product is unused, with original tags, packaging, and accessories intact
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• You provide the correct wrist measurement

4⃣ 📦Return & Exchange Process

1. Contact Customer Service
Please email us at glincrystal@gmail.com or reach out through our online chat. Include a clear description of the issue and supporting photos or videos.

2. Review & Confirmation
We will review your request and send you detailed return or exchange instructions within 1–2 business days.

3. Return the Product
For quality-related issues, we will provide a prepaid return label. For size exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items must be unused and include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
